The team productized its own process.
The Intake Coordinator is AISE pointing its own tools at its own workflow — testing the orchestrator with evals, automating the hand-off end to end, and laying the blueprint for a true orchestrator-of-agents.
AI tested the AI
Shelby built evals to test the orchestrator against representative cases rather than trust it by reading the code. The evals surfaced a real single-responsibility flaw — and re-verified the fix before anything reached Production.
Idea → ticket, automatically
On confirmation, the Coordinator writes a structured intake to SharePoint, generates a professional Word brief, and creates the Jira ticket — the whole hand-off that used to bounce between inboxes, done in one conversation.
Routing as a first-class output
The Project Classifier routes each idea to the correct team with a confidence score and plain-language rationale — replacing a guess-and-hand-off that could cost two weeks with the right backlog from the start.
The orchestrator-of-agents blueprint
Intake productized the team’s own process into an agent — the blueprint for a single conversational front door that knows every agent, now being rebuilt on the new experience with committable, diffable skills.
A link, not an install
The Copilot Studio version had to be found and added before anyone could use it. The AISE Assistant opens from any page of the site, so a link in an email or a meeting is all it takes for someone to submit an idea.
Grounded in our own site
The intake reads the same pages the business can read: the portfolio, the case studies, the connectors and the platforms. It can say that something close already exists, point to it, or suggest a lighter option before anyone asks for a build.
Scored to prioritize
Every intake gets a weighted score that helps the team decide what comes first. The weighting is ours to tune, and the submitter just sees a clear confirmation.
